## Pricing
Labs top up a prepaid wallet and are charged per patient visit (one patient on one day, however many tests).
- CORE: 0.5% of each visit's bill (max ₹0.70 per visit, min ₹0.50) — Pay as you go
- GROW: 0.5% of each visit's bill (max ₹1.00 per visit, min ₹0.50) — Pay as you go
- PRO: 0.5% of each visit's bill (max ₹1.50 per visit, min ₹0.70) — Pay as you go

## FAQ
### How long does onboarding take?
Most labs are up and running within a few days of getting in touch — we handle the setup once you choose a plan.

### Do I need to migrate data from my current system or registers?
If you're moving off paper registers or another tool, mention it in the request form and we'll help bring your existing patient records across.

### Can I change packages later?
Yes — you can renew into a longer or shorter package whenever your current one is coming up for renewal. Just get in touch and we'll adjust your account.

### Is my data secure?
Every admin action requires a login, and patient data isn't reachable without it — your lab's data stays private to your account.

### What if I run more than one branch?
Each branch runs as its own lab account on the same package pricing — mention how many branches you have when you request a package and we'll help get every one of them onboarded.
